Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we will still send you transactional emails about your orders.

Text messages: If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing messages at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to provide products and services, maintain your account, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need your information, we will delete or anonymize it.

Payments on the Site are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers, and the Site uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization.

To opt out of targeted advertising: email us at hello@elettraferri.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." You can also adjust your cookie preferences in your browser, and we honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control where required by law.

We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, and may extend this period by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will notify you.

Notice of financial incentive: If we offer discounts or other benefits in exchange for signing up for our email or SMS list, participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time by unsubscribing.
